Our commission rate is 1% + VAT, with a minimum fee of £1750 + VAT

No, there are no upfront fees payable.

Yes, you can but if you do decide to withdraw your property from our services, a fee of £250.00 + VAT would be payable.

Yes, we will list your property on both of the UKs largest property portals.
