Tenant Fees (all fees are inclusive of vat)

Holding Fee

1 weeks rent

The loss of a key to, or other security device giving access to, the property to which the tenancy relates.

At cost

Failure to make a payment of rent in full only before the end of 14 calendar days beginning with date the rent is due as written in the tenancy agreement.

3% above Bank of England base rate in interest on the late payment of rent for each day that the payment is outstanding.

Payment on variation, assignment or novation of a tenancy


Payment on early termination of a tenancy (where agreed in writing with the landlord)

£270 plus loss of rent suffered by landlord
